Sitting on the ground, Fix one end of the resistance band to a post or door and then pull the other end with elbows and shoulders, keeping the arms slightly bent.
Put the resistance band on the back, hold it tightly with both hands to do push-ups.
Begin with the upper body by leaning forward ,keep the upper body immobile and use biceps to pull the resistance band.
